A Savannah resident of 25 years, Carolyn Ezelle can think of no better place to call home! She works as a team with fellow Realtor, Lavinia Strong. They formed this partnership 20 years ago when both had young children and wanted to ensure one was always available for their clients. Their strategy led to success from the start, with numerous record sales and closing over $325 million in Historic Savannah, Ardsley Park, Tybee Island and the many surrounding Island Communities.

Carolyn and Lavinia are annually recognized as the Top Producing Team, continuing members of the Savannah Board of Realtors Distinguished Sales Society and have been selected as the Savannah Magazine’s Best Real Estate Team for the past 3 years. Providing exceptional customer service is their number one priority.

Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Carolyn worked for 10 years in the finance and sales industries, first with Robinson-Humphrey in Atlanta and then in Pharmaceutical Sales in Savannah. Carolyn attended the University of Georgia, receiving a BBA in Marketing, and was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta. In her spare time, Carolyn enjoys tennis, pickleball, and boating to one of Savannah’s barrier islands with family and friends.

Originally from New Orleans, but moving to Savannah in 2000, Lavinia brings years of experience and a local’s touch to all of her transactions. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a BBA in International Business and French Minor, working in New York and Charleston, SC, Lavinia moved to Savannah in 2000 to marry her husband, Walter, a native Savannahian. Lavinia handles residential sales and works with Carolyn Ezelle as a team so one is always available for their clients.

The Ezelle Strong Team’s collaborative strategy has a proven success record of selling over $325 Million with consistent sales in Ardsley Park, Downtown, Wilmington Island, Isle of Hope, Skidaway and Tybee Island. Lavinia loves living in Savannah and currently resides on Skidaway Island with her husband and three daughters. She enjoys being outdoors and jogging with her golden-doodle, yoga, painting, boating with family and friends, tennis, and pickleball. Her favorite parts of Savannah are walking downtown and popping into many unique coffee shops and boutiques, SCAD & Telluride Film Fests, as well as exploring the galleries to find new, aspiring artists.

In 2013, a visit to Savannah inspired a profound sense of belonging in Emily Salzer and her husband, leading them to make the Hostess City their home. Drawn by Savannah’s rich historic charm blended with a vibrant modern atmosphere, they embraced the coastal lifestyle, leaving behind the fast-paced energy of Nashville, Tennessee. This move also felt like a homecoming for Emily, as she originally grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, and attended Georgia Southern University in Statesboro.

With a distinguished 20-year career in business management, development, and operations, Emily eventually decided to pursue her lifelong ambition of a career in real estate. This field allows her to fulfill her passion for serving people and contributing to the community. Her extensive experience has instilled a deep appreciation for relationships, vision, and a team-oriented culture. Emily is committed to providing clients with outstanding service, bringing together her expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence.

As a wife and mother of three sons, Emily remains an active and engaged community member. She is a member of First Presbyterian Church, the Metropolitan Rotary Club of Savannah, and the Frobel Circle for the Fresh Air Home. She also volunteers with the Savannah Public School System and several local non-profits, including Family Promise. Her family resides on Skidaway Island, where they enjoy outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, walking their dog, and appreciating the natural beauty of coastal Georgia.
